Elegant artistic detail with just a little edge. Channel your inner rock star and ancient pharaoh at once when you clip a pair of stylish snake heads onto your sleeves. Originally designed as earrings about fifty years ago, these guys shed their old skin and emerged as new modern cufflinks.
Gold tone metal on sterling links. Snakes produced by Whiting and Davis in the 1960’s; converted to cufflinks in 2018. Note: the model wears a silver variation (sold). The close up photos show the pair you will receive, which have a light gold tone that appears silvery in shifting light.
When snakes molt, they rub their heads onto something hard (like a rock) to rip a hole in their stretched out extra skin. The tear allows them to push the dead layer off and leave it behind.
