Silverplated metal. We have seen similar bags attributed to the 1920s but also the 1970s. The thin velvet lining suggest she is on the older side. Measures 7" from horns to butt, 4" wide. The flip top opening is about 3 x 2.5 inches, with an interior compartment of 3.5 x 4.5 inches. The cord strap has a 17" drop. A gorgeous old girl.
