Make an entrance with a fancy person riding an elephant. Both elephant and rider are adorned with jewels; their ornate frame is embellished with scrolls and dots.
Originally, this pendant was strung with white and gold plastic beads. However the string decayed so we set this fabulous pendant on oval link chain to echo the shape of the pendant and create a more modern look. A double sided clasp also allows your to wear the pendant at a variable height. We hope you love it.
Vintage gold tone metal and crystals. Marked SF (a mark we have not yet been able to identify). Pendant measures 3" wide, 4.25" long. Chain length is 14" on each side but fully adjustable. Matching chain bracelet available upon request for an additional $15.
Asian Elephants, Elephas maximus, have small low-set ears and only the males have tusks, while African Elephants, Loxodonta africana & Oxodonta cyclotis, have larger ears that sit higher on their head, and both males & females grow tusks.
