Armadillo means "little armored one" in Spanish. Scaly armor protects them from most predators, and sharp claws help them dig burrows and hunt for delicious bugs and worms. They once lived only in South America but have expanded their range north up to Oklahoma and Texas - where they are honored as the state mammal.

Feather & Foxglove shares a portion of sales to support environmental conservation and animal welfare.
