Brassy and sassy with beady red eyes, this jowled bulldog is such a good boy! He is just 1 inch in size but has enormous personality and stunning detail from his furrowed brow and chin waggle to those adorable folded ears.
Made in the USA by Unger Brothers (1878-1919). Excellent condition.
While bulldogs are common sports mascots or spoiled house dogs today, their early lives in America were not so posh. They worked hard as guard dogs and farm helpers. Bulldogs were particularly good at catching feral pigs according to the AKC!
