What can we say, this is simply the ultimate serpent bracelet of all time! The design is total perfection - glowing Siam red cystals set in an etched diamond pattern and round green cabochon eyes give her a regal glow and so much life. Shape, texture, and color...this is a perfect work of jewelry art. Like the most rare creatures in nature, this beautifully preserved specimen is truly special.

DeNicola creature bracelets are very hard to find, especially in such lovely condition as this pretty lady. Only in production from the late 1950's to early 60's (when taken over by a brand called Capri), pieces made under the name DeNicola were often unmarked. A marked piece is a collector's dream. And this motif and color scheme make a modern fashionista's heart go boom!

Midcentury gilt metal and crystals. Signed DeNicola. Excellent condition. Inner circumference 6.5"  with a hinge that allows the snake to expand to fit a larger wrist. Not recommended for wrists smaller than 6" unless being worn over a sleeve. (On a small wrist the bracelet will spin, which is a pain in the butt and can also be a hazard for damage.)

How do you know if a snake is venomous? There is a common misconception that a diamond shaped head is a sure signal. While many vipers and other venomous serpents do have such a head shape - beware! Not all diamond-headed snakes are venomous, and not all venomous snakes have diamond-shaped heads...
